In Resolve > Black Box > Performance drop down, no data is displayed. This is expected behavior. This performance data is for custom Windows Performance Monitoring. It is for recording Windows Perf Counters that SysTrack does not already collect. This performance data comes from SAPERFDATA.
You can specify the counters to monitor in Configure > Roles > Alarms > Performance: Other.
