Observed following error when opening Deploy in SysTrack environment where we use version 8.3.
Systrack version is outdated
The SQL version used is also outdated.
To have the issue resolved download and upgrade the SQL 2012 Native client.
The updated driver can be downloaded from Microsoft: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50402
Once the SQL client is updated port 57632 will listen with both TCP and UDP.
Once reinstalled SQL Native Client, the Master Connection Problem was resolved and the TCP port was listening and the problem was fixed.
But now we noticed that our new user information is not coming to the Deploy screen, so restart the connection hub and check if the user information is appearing in Deploy.
