After completing a Microsoft 365 integration, the customer did not see any data reflected in the dashboard. Normally it takes 24 hours to populate data once the integration has been done correctly. Customer waited for 48 hours and still data is not getting populated.
Workaround Solution
We checked the configuration details as per the screenshot attached. Admin Consent Req should be set to No, but it had been set to Yes. Reports.Read.All should grant Application access instead of Delegated. After updating the configuration, customer should wait 24 hours for data to populate.
